1. CHAT NOIR! from @lostestateofficial - step into Bohemian Paris, 1896, where you’ll experience a cabaret like no other, hosted by the ravishing Rodolphe. From March 2026. Pre-sales available now.

2. The Wes Anderson retrospective at the @designmuseum continues well into the New Year, giving insight into the iconic filmmaker’s creative process. Unmissable, frankly.

3. From October, you’ll be able to catch @salman.toor’s Someone Like You at the @courtauld which will be his first solo exhibition in Europe. A real crowd pleaser for those fond of a green-drenched palette. 💚

4. Schiaparelli: Fashion Becomes Art at @vamuseum - this @schiaparelli exhibition is set to be every bit as glam as the Cartier and Marie Antoinette shows this year, perhaps proving the fashion designer’s belief that “In difficult times fashion is always outrageous.”

Namaste Village, Twickenham & OMNOM Islington

Christmas arrives in full colour at Namaste, where their festive menu leans into nostalgic Indian home cooking with serious seasonal flair. The five course option at £35.95 feels like a gift in itself. Think Galawati kebabs, spiced pumpkin and carrot soup, a Christmas masala dosa, red velvet naans and carrot halwa with brandy butter. It is comforting, generous and quietly brilliant for anyone opting out of meat without sacrificing indulgence.

For those who believe Christmas should involve gravy at all times, Doughnation’s Turkey Cranberry Feast pizza is the festive crossover you did not know you needed. Turkey, chipolata, cranberry and rocket arrive on their signature soft base with a side of thick gravy for dipping. Add the Jingle Bell Spritz pitcher and suddenly December plans look very productive indeed. There’s also a bottomless option for the brave.
